Ingredients You’ll Need
How to Prepare Groundhog Pudding Cups
- Place the coconut flakes in a bowl, then stir in a few drops of green food coloring.
2. Separate one Nutter Butter cookie and use the creamy filling inside to create the groundhog’s facial details.
3. Apply a small amount of the filling to the backs of the eyes, nose (brown M&M’s), and teeth (tiny marshmallow pieces). Then gently press them onto the cookie.
4. For the ears, cut one M&M in half. Use a little more of the cookie filling to attach the pieces to the top of the cookie.
5. Once the groundhogs are complete, set them inside the pudding cups.
Finish the cups with your “grass,” made from green coconut flakes.
