Step by Step Instructions

Begin by printing the Thing 1 and Thing 2 template, then cut out all the pieces.

Trace the hair design onto blue cardstock, the leg, arm, and body designs onto red cardstock, and the remaining designs onto white cardstock. Cut out each traced piece.

Afterward, glue the head to the hair piece and secure the leg pieces to the lower part of the body piece.

Place the hand pieces on either side of the body piece. With a fine-tipped black sharpie, write ‘Thing 1’ and ‘Thing 2’ inside the white circle.

Next, attach the head to the upper part of the body piece. Then, glue the numbered circle label to the center of the body piece.

To finish, draw faces on Thing 1 and Thing 2 with a sharpie.
