HANDPRINT TURTLE FATHER’S DAY CARD – YOU’RE TURTLEY AMAZING!!

Hello, I’m Shikha from The Joy of Sharing. I enjoy creating and sharing simple, entertaining & educational crafts for children. I’m a mother to a preschool-aged girl, who is also my crafting partner and creative collaborator. I’m thrilled to participate in this wonderful 31 days of dad series on Maggy’s website.

Handprint crafts always create wonderful keepsakes. They offer a fantastic way to preserve a child’s artwork and observe how they grow. Children enjoy outlining their handprints, while teachers appreciate that no additional tools are needed. Plus, these crafts are incredibly adaptable because handprints can be turned into all kinds of animals and objects.

For Father’s Day, we chose to create a turtle card with our daughter’s handprints. Turtles are remarkable amphibious creatures capable of living for more than 50 years. Children are often captivated by them and will have fun making their own ‘You’re Turtley Awesome Dad’ card for their fathers.
