To create our Stamped Heart Flower Card Craft, you will need toilet paper-sized cardboard rolls, assorted colors of cardstock and acrylic paint in Valentine’s Day shades, markers, a glue stick, and scissors.
Supplies for the Cardboard Roll Stamp Hearts Craft

- Cardstock – assorted colors and patterns
- Markers – green and assorted colors
- Acrylic paint – red, pink, purple, and white
- Glue stick
- Scissors
Step-by-Step Instructions for the Stamped Hearts Card Craft
Start by folding one sheet of cardstock in half to create the card base.
Next, pour the paint colors onto a flat surface. Paper plates work especially well for this.
Then, press the top of a cardboard roll inward and pinch the bottom. This creates the heart shape. Secure it with tape or a rubber band to make it easier for small hands to use.
Dip the heart-shaped roll into one of the paint colors.
Begin stamping the card. Press the cardboard roll evenly against the cardstock to create a consistent heart shape.
Keep stamping until you have formed a bouquet of hearts.
After making the hearts, draw stems and leaves with a green marker. Angle the stems into a triangle toward the middle of the card.
Next, cut a triangle from a different color of cardstock to place over the stems as wrapping paper. You can also enjoy using patterned cardstock for this part.
Glue the triangle-shaped wrapping paper over the stems. Use another colored marker to add a bow or create additional decorations on the paper.
Now you have a wonderful gift filled with flowers that will last!
