5. After finishing the salt painting, you can embellish your tree.

Decorate the tree with confetti ornaments or sequins. We also placed a gold glitter star on top, or you could salt paint the star instead.

Christmas Tree Salt Painting Activity

For the glitter-painted option, just sprinkle glitter over the glue rather than using salt, then add your decorations.

To keep your artwork intact, allow it to dry before brushing away any salt that has come loose.
