This English muffin pizza is not only simple to prepare for lunch or dinner, but it’s also a hit with children! During winter, you can make them even more festive by creating snowman pizzas.

English muffins make preparing pizza fast and effortless! Naturally, you can also replace them with pizza dough or naan bread.

For an entertaining winter-inspired lunch or dinner, shape your English muffin pizza like a snowman.

Ingredients
- English Muffins
- Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza toppings – when preparing the snowman pizzas, we used black olives, orange and red peppers, along with bread sticks. If you prefer a classic pepperoni pizza, be sure to include pepperoni.
How to Prepare English Muffin Pizzas
1. Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Split your English muffin open, then spread on the pizza sauce.

2. Sprinkle on your preferred cheese. We especially favor mozzarella when making a snowman pizza because the snowman should remain white!

3. Add your selected toppings or create the snowman’s facial details! We chose black olives for the eyes and mouth, an orange pepper for the nose, red peppers for the scarf, and bread sticks for the arms.

How Long to Bake English Muffin Pizzas
We prepared our pizzas in the oven, but a toaster oven or microwave can work as well!
English Muffin Pizza in Oven:Set the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and remains lightly colored so it stays white. For more thoroughly cooked cheese, bake it for a few additional minutes.
English Muffin Pizza in Toaster Oven:Set the oven to 350 degrees. Toast for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted without becoming too brown so it remains white.
English Muffin Pizza in Microwave: If you prefer making your pizzas in the microwave, follow these recommendations:
1. Begin by toasting the English muffins in a standard toaster
2. Next, spread on the pizza sauce and sprinkle over the cheese.
3. Microwave on a low setting until the cheese melts. Keep a close eye on it and begin with intervals of just 10-15 seconds. Microwave times may differ.
4. Once the cheese has melted, place on your toppings. They cannot be cooked in the microwave, but precooked pepperoni can be added afterward.
