First, print the spinner and cover onto white cardstock.
Decorate the spinner and cover with color, then cut out both pieces.
With a pencil, create an opening in the center of the spinner where indicated.
Punch a hole through the center of the cover at the marked spot.
Secure the spinner and cover together using a paper fastener.
