Did you know that a vinyl coin purse was the very first Hello Kitty product ever created? I may have owned one myself. I was born in the late 70s, while the first Miss Kitty product appeared in 1975.
From that point on, Hello Kitty, along with all her Sanrio companions, has taken over the world—and I certainly don’t mind! I adored Hello Kitty when I was younger, and I continue to love her today.
My nieces adore her as well. It’s always wonderful watching the childhood favorites you enjoyed get embraced by the next generation.
