Bat Template
There are 4 bat templates available for you to select from.
The options include extra small, small, medium, and large.


These patterns can be used in several different ways!
Use them to embellish gift bags, trick-or-treat bags, or handmade cards. Trace the large bat onto white paper and decorate it as part of a Halloween art project. Alternatively, trace it onto black cardstock and use the bats to adorn your home for Halloween!

How to Create 3D Paper Bats
1. Begin by printing our bat template.
Find the printable templates at the end of this post.

For this door project, you’ll want to use bats in all 4 sizes.
2. Snip out the templates, then trace them with a pencil onto black cardstock.
To recreate a similar door display, you’ll need these quantities of bats:


3. Cut out each bat.

4. Bend the wings upward to create a 3D appearance.

5. Curl a small strip of painter’s tape and attach it to the back of every bat.
You may also use mounting putty.

Place the bats on your door, wall, bulletin board, or any other spot where you’d like to add a playful Halloween accent!
