Handprint Duck Craft

Easy Handprint Duck Craft

For our easy handprint ducks, gather yellow and orange cardstock, small googly eyes, a 2” circle paper punch, scissors, and glue.

Materials for the Handprint Duck Craft

• Cardstock – yellow, orange
• Small googly eyes
• 2” circle paper punch
• Scissors
• Glue

Step-by-Step Directions for the Duck Handprint Craft

Trace a hand shape onto yellow cardstock.

Carefully cut out the handprint.

Punch a circle from the same yellow cardstock with the 2” paper punch. If you don’t have a punch in that size, a small tape roll should be roughly the same diameter. Just trace around it and cut the circle out.

Attach the circle to the handprint’s thumb with glue.

Next, sketch the duck’s simple legs, crown, and beak onto orange cardstock.Cut out each piece.

Secure the feet along the bottom of the duck.

Then, glue the crown and beak onto the circle.

To finish, stick on a googly eye. What a charming spring craft project!
