Fingerprint Put Me in the Zoo Craft
To create our Put Me in the Zoo Craft, gather brown paper lunch bags, yellow cardstock, yellow, blue, orange, red, green, and purple acrylic paint, small googly eyes, a black marker, scissors, and a glue stick.
Put Me in the Zoo Paper Bag Craft Step by Step Directions
First, collect a fork, a paper bag, and yellow paint.
Place the yellow paint onto a level surface. Paper plates work wonderfully for this. Dip the fork’s tines into the yellow paint, then start stamping it around the bag.
Scratch the painted surface with the fork tines to add a fur-like texture. Be careful not to press too firmly, or the bag could tear.
Keep applying paint with the fork until the entire bag is coated. Allow it to dry thoroughly.
After the bag has dried, attach the googly eyes with glue.
Use a black marker to sketch a basic nose and mouth.
Next, cut out two ear pieces. Make them as simple rectangles with rounded upper edges.
Attach the ears to the top of the bag with glue.
Now prepare to add the spots. Pour blue, green, purple, red, and orange paint onto a paper plate.
Dip a fingertip into the paint and randomly stamp spots across the bag.
Keep adding spots until your Put Me in the Zoo leopard looks finished.

- Small googly eyes

Instructions
- Start by collecting a fork, a paper bag, and yellow paint.
- Spread the yellow paint across a flat surface, such as a paper plate. Dip the fork tines into the paint and stamp it around the bag.
- Drag the fork tines through the paint to create a furry texture. Avoid pressing too forcefully so the bag does not tear.
- Paint with the fork until the bag is fully covered, then leave it to dry completely.
- Once the bag has dried, glue the googly eyes onto it.
- With a black marker, draw a basic nose and mouth.
- Cut out two ears next. They should be rectangular pieces with rounded tops.
- Glue the ears onto the upper part of the bag.
- Prepare the spots by pouring blue, green, purple, red, and orange paint onto a paper plate.
- Dip your fingertip into the paint and stamp spots at random across the bag.
- Add spots until you feel your Put Me in the Zoo leopard is finished.
