Scarecrows were first created to keep birds away from fields, but today they represent the harvest and autumn season. Many people place them around their homes as fall decorations. With their bright colors, they create a charming seasonal display.
Our printable scarecrow headband includes two versions. Children may choose the already-colored scarecrow and cut it out, or decorate the black-and-white design themselves. Teachers can use this paper hat for fall festivities in the classroom, preschool, or daycare. Kids will have fun creating the crown and proudly wearing it.

How to Make the Scarecrow Headband
Print the headband on white paper.
If you’re using the black-and-white version, decorate the front section and side panels, then cut out each piece.
Attach the two side panels to the front section with tape.
Curve the headband into a ring and place it around the child’s head to test the size. Secure the ends with tape.
