Easter Crafts Sponge Stamping Craft
For this trio of Easter creations, gather ordinary kitchen sponges, acrylic paint in black, white, and yellow, small googly eyes, markers, blue cardstock, scissors, and glue.

Sponge Stamped Easter Crafts Step by Step Directions
Begin by preparing cardstock cards.
We chose a few varying shades of blue cardstock, sliced each sheet in half, and then halved it once more to create card-sized pieces.
Next, place yellow, white, and black paint onto paper plates. Cut the sponges into round shapes as well. For the chick, dip one sponge into the yellow paint.
Press the painted sponge down onto the blue cardstock.
Repeat the process with white paint to create the bunny.
Stamp with black paint to form the sheep, too. Allow every painted shape to dry thoroughly.
After the paint has dried, attach googly eyes to each animal with glue.
Next, take a gold metallic marker and add wings, a small hair tuft on top, and legs to the chick. Don’t forget to draw its beak.
With the white paint marker, sketch whiskers and bunny ears. Color the ears using a blue metallic marker, then add the bunny’s nose with the same blue marker.
For the sheep, draw basic floppy ears with the black marker. Follow that by adding a simple mouth with the white paint marker.
We additionally used our fingertips and white paint to create woolly tufts over the top of its head.
The result is a charming, easy, and wonderfully sweet trio of sponge-stamped Easter crafts!

Instructions
- Begin by preparing cardstock cards. We selected several shades of blue cardstock, cut each one in half, and then divided it in half again to create card-sized pieces.
- Place yellow, white, and black paint on paper plates. Cut the sponges into circles, too. Dip a sponge into yellow paint to create the chick.
- Press the paint-covered sponge onto the blue cardstock.
- Repeat these steps with white paint to make the bunny.
- Use black paint for the sheep as well. Leave all the painted designs to dry completely.
- When everything is dry, glue googly eyes onto each animal.
- Then use a gold metallic marker to add wings, a tuft of hair on top, and legs to the chick. Draw in a beak as well.
- Draw whiskers and bunny ears with the white paint marker. Fill the ears using a blue metallic marker, and use it to draw the bunny’s nose too.
- For the sheep, sketch uncomplicated floppy ears with the black marker. Next, create a simple mouth with the white paint marker.
- We also dabbed white paint with our fingers to form fluffy wool on the top of its head.
